Exchange and Return Policy

This policy aims to clarify the terms and procedures for exchanging or returning products purchased from 4C'S Jewelry, ensuring customer rights and compliance with applicable regulations. First: Replacement Policy

Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual or statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, and he does not have the right to request a replacement after the expiry of this period.


The following conditions must be met for an exchange to be accepted:

  • The product must be in its original and undamaged condition.
  • The product must not have been used or benefited from.
  • The original packaging and all accessories for the product are present.
  • The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the replacement to ensure its safety.


The consumer bears the cost:

  • Shipping costs in case of exchange within the Kingdom.
  • Full international shipping costs and product delivery to the shipping company in case of international exchange.

If a manufacturing defect or error on the part of the store is proven, the consumer will be compensated in accordance with the applicable regulations.


Second: Return Policy

Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual or statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, and he does not have the right to request a return after this period has passed.


The following conditions must be met for a refund to be accepted:

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged condition and unused.
  • The original packaging and all accessories are provided.
  • The store has the right to inspect the product before completing the return process.


The consumer bears the cost:

  • All costs incurred in the return process.
  • Full shipping costs in case of international returns.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of the store, the consumer will be compensated according to the regulations.


Third: Cases in which exchange or return is not possible

When paying via Tappy or any installment method that will be activated in the future.

In case of product use or misuse.

If the security sticker is removed or the product is tampered with after receipt.

Products purchased during sales or discount periods or using coupons.

Products that have had price tags, labels, or original packaging removed, or that are missing accessories.

Products manufactured to a special order or according to specific customer specifications are excluded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with agreed specifications.

  • In the event of a defect resulting from misuse or possession by the consumer.


Fourth: Order Cancellation Policy

The store reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel orders in certain cases, including but not limited to:

  • If the requested product is unavailable.
  • In case there is an error in the product pricing.
  • In case of suspicion of incomplete or incorrect data.

If the order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded within a period not exceeding 14 working days for cancelled orders.


Fifth: Important additional conditions

  • The branch pickup order cannot be cancelled after the order has arrived at the branch and the pickup period shown in the store has ended.
  • In the event of a replacement request, only other items may be exchanged, and no cash refund is possible.
  • The order cannot be cancelled after the purchase steps have been completed and the amount has been paid.
  • The customer is entitled to modify the order only before it is shipped.
  • If the order is cancelled after it has been executed, the product value will only be refunded after deducting the shipping cost and the electronic payment commission, and this does not include free shipping.


  • The store has the right to cancel any order without consulting the customer and to refund the money, in the event that a human or technical error beyond its control is proven in the pricing of the items offered.
